Women who are forbidden to marry according to Islam

Marriage is one form of worship and Islam always encourages people to get married or not to live singly. In the hadith it is stated that married people fulfill half their religion and without marriage, one’s religion is not perfect. Marriage in Islam is seen as a worship and the law can vary depending on the conditions. Marriage can be obligatory, sunnah, mubah and haram caused by several rules of rules and when married there are conditions of marriage contract that must be fulfilled. The purpose of marriage in Islam is to build a house and continue the lineage and may be preceded by engagement (read fiance in Islam). Marriage in Islam is recommended in accordance with the words of Allah SWT in the Al qur’an letter An Nisa verses 1 and 3 which read

“O mankind, fear God who created you from one alone, and Allah created his wife, and from both God breeds many men and women.” (Surat an-Nisa: 1)

“Then marry (other) women you like two, three, or four. Then if you are afraid you will not be able to do justice, then (marry) just one. “(Surat an-Nisa: 3)

Nevertheless there are marriages that may not be carried out, one of which is marriage with a woman who is forbidden to marry. To find out more clearly, see the following explanation

Understanding Mahram
Mahram is a word in Arabic which means a woman who is forbidden to marry is a group of women who must not be officially married or a marriage marriage by a man both forever and temporary. Men who become mahram women cannot marry these women for any reason. In Islam women who are illegitimate in marriage are mentioned in the Al qur’an letter An Nisa verse 23 which reads

“Forbidden from you (marrying) your mother-mother; your daughters; your brothers and sisters, your sisters and brothers; your mother’s sisters who are women; daughters of your brothers and sisters; daughters of your sisters; your mothers who breastfeed you; sister of sister; your wives (in-laws); the children of your wife who are in your care of the wife whom you have interfered with, but if you have not interfered with your wife (and have divorced), then you have not sinned her; (and forbidden to you) the wives of your biological children (son-in-law); and gather (in marriage) two women who are sisters, except those that have happened in the past; Allah is Forgiving, Most Merciful. “(Surat an-Nisa: 23)

Distribution of Mahram
Based on the verse, there are three main classes of mahram, namely mahram because of nasab or keurunan, mahram mushaharah or because of marriage and mahram because of dairy and also women who are forbidden to marry. The explanation is as follows

Mahram because of nasab

The group of women who are forbidden to marry in Islam are women who are bound by nasab or offspring relationships. Based on verse 23 of An Nisa’s letter, women who cannot be married based on the nasab include

Mother, grandmother and so on upward from both male and female paths
Girls (daughters), grandchildren and so on down both from the male and female path
Sister, mother or mother
Sister (aunt), grandfather’s sister (parent’s aunt), and so on, both siblings, parents or a thousand
Mother’s sister (aunt), grandmother’s sister (parent’s aunt) and so on and above both siblings, parents or a thousand
Daughter of a sister (niece) of a sister, a mother or a thousand, her granddaughter and so on down both from the male and female path
Daughter of a sibling, a mother or a thousand (niece), her granddaughter and so on down both from the path of men and women

And the men who cannot marry the woman are among them

Biological father,
Grandfather from the father’s path or from the mother’s path and so on upwards (if there is a great-grandfather),
Male siblings,
Natural children, grandchildren and so on down (if there are great-grandchildren),
Father’s brother (ie uncle from father’s path),
Mother’s biological brother (uncle from the mother’s path),
Grandfather’s brother,
Grandma’s siblings,
Boys of male / female siblings (i.e. nephew),
Grandson’s siblings and so on down.
2. Mahram because of marriage

The second female group that should not be married is a female group or mahram on the basis of marital relations and temporary nature which means if the marriage relationship ends due to family conflict or infidelity in the household and talak, (read the law of divorce in marriage and divorce one , two and three) then after divorce, the nature of the mahram can change. Based on the letter An Nisa verse 23 this group of women included

The wife of the father (stepmother), grandfather’s wife and so on and above
Wife of child, wife of grandchild or daughter-in-law and so on down
Mother-in-law, mother and so on and above
Daughter’s wife from another husband (witchcraft), wife’s granddaughter both from hereditary descent and from the descendants of rabbis, and so on down
then the man who is not allowed to marry her is included

Husband’s father-in-law,
Grandpa from husband,
Son of husband (stepchild),
Husband of child (son in law),
Mother’s husband (stepfather),
Grandma’s husband (stepfather).
3. Mahram because of milk

The third female group that is forbidden to marry is a woman who enters a person and consequently raises a law that the husband, child and brother are unlawful in marrying the child if the child is a woman, and if the child is male he is forbidden to marry the breastfeeding woman and all who are bound Nasab with the woman who feeds her. This is also mentioned in verse 23 of An Nisa’s letter namely “And (forbidden to you) your mothers who have suckled you and your sisters from breastfeeding.”. The provisions of breastfeeding are as follows

Breastfeeding before a child is two years old

“Mothers should suckle their children for 2 full years for those who want to perfect their breastfeeding.” (Al-Baqarah 233)

Not due to starvation
And Hadith ‘Ayesha radhiallahu‘ anha muttafaqun ‘alaihi that the apostle said

“That it does not forbid a breastfeeding except that it divides (fills) the intestine and takes place before weaning.”

Breastfeeding more than five times
In addition, things that need to be considered are that a woman may breastfeed a child and is considered a mahram if she breastfeed more than five times. The breastfeeding must make the child full, and no longer want to breastfeed.

Thus the woman who is forbidden to marry, hopefully before marriage we ensure in advance whether the woman is lawful to marry. If someone wants to choose or is looking for a mate, do not despair because there may be things that cause the obstruction of the mate. looking for a mate can be carried out by ta’aruf by paying attention to the criteria of a good wife, good criteria for prospective husbands, looking for a mate in Islam and how to choose a life companion.

The Mandatory Bathing Method for the Right Woman According to Islam

In Islamic teachings, to carry out worship which is part of the pillars of Islam and its nature habluminnaullah (dealing directly with Allah, in the form of rituals) it is obligatory to be pure and clean. Not just clean and holy when carrying out ritual worship, more than that Islamic teachings do indeed order the people to always keep themselves clean. As in a hadith it is stated that cleanliness is part of faith.

This, as stated in the Koran:

“O ye who believe, if you are going to pray, then wash your face and your hands up to your elbows, and sweep your head and (wash) your feet up to both ankles, and if you junub then take a bath, and if you are sick or deep traveling or returning from a toilet or touching a woman, then you do not get water, then mix with good soil (clean); brush your face and your hand with the land. God does not want to trouble you, but He wants to cleanse you and perfect His blessings for you, so that you will be grateful. “(QS: Al-Maidah: 6)

Prohibition during menstruation is not allowed to fast and pray, because it was unclean or not susceptible to being covered with dirt in his body. To be able to cleanse themselves in Islam one of them is the existence of an order to bathe obligatory, as Islamic teachings and the Prophet convey. Compulsory bathing is a bath that is carried out on someone if he has done it or has a large hadast.

This is also explained in QS-Annisa: 43 concerning the prohibition to pray and is obliged to take a bath before again carrying out worship.

“O ye who believe, do not pray, while you are drunk, so that you understand what you say, (do not approach the mosque) while you are in a state of junub, except just passing, until you take a bath. And if you are sick or are in the way of a traveler or coming from a place where you are defecating or you have touched a woman, then you do not get water, then add your blessings to a good (holy) land; brush your face and your hand. Allah is Forgiving, Forgiving. (QS: An-Nisa: 43)

Things That Make Women Have to Do Bathing Must
The necessity that makes a woman carry out a mandatory shower is because of the uncleanness that comes out in her body continuously until the time is over. Unclean is one of the things that should not be there when going to worship Allah SWT. For this reason, when a woman is released uncleanly before she returns to the sacred condition she is forbidden to carry out certain worship services. The following are things that require women to take mandatory baths.

Menstruation and Postpartum
Menstruation is one of the things that nullifies fasting. During menstruation, women are not allowed to fast. Before actually stopping menstrual blood and taking a mandatory shower, women should not fast first. For this reason, a mandatory bath is required.

“They ask you about menstruation. Say: “Menstruation is a filth”. Therefore, you should distance yourself from women during menstruation; and do not approach them before they are holy. when they are holy, then mix them in the place that God commanded you. Indeed, Allah loves those who repent and like those who purify themselves “(QS: Al-Baqarah: 222)

Menstruation is the process of discharge of blood due to the decay of the egg in the uterus which occurs periodically. While childbirth is the process of discharge of blood after giving birth to a mother. Menstrual blood and childbirth are unclean, so that when the process is released, women are forbidden to pray and fast before carrying out the obligatory bath first.

After Doing Junub
“O ye who believe, do not pray, while you are drunk, so that you understand what you say, and (do not approach the mosque) while you are in a state of junub, except just passing, until you take a shower”. (QS: An-Nisa: 43)

In a state of junub or after junub, then of course a Muslim is prohibited from entering the mosque or performing prayers before they are in a sacred condition, namely by obligatory bathing or a large bath. The semen or fluid that comes out after the junub for women or men is unclean which must be cleaned before returning to worship.

“It is narrated from Um Salamah that Ummul Sulaim said, ‘O Messenger of Allah, Allah is not ashamed about the matter of truth, is a woman obliged to take a bath when she dreams? The Prophet answered, ‘Yes, if he sees water.’ (Narrated by Bukhori Muslim and others)

Likewise when women are dreaming, then after that they are obliged to take a mandatory bath. This is not only required for men, but also for women.

Contact with Men and Women Gender
For women and men who have genital contact, even if they do not have a jug, it is still mandatory to take a mandatory bath. This is explained in the following hadith:

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah said: “If a person sits between four female members of the body, he means; between two hands and two legs then intercourse with him then it is obligatory for him to take a bath, whether the semen is out or not. “(Narrated by Muslim)

In another hadith, it is also explained about the obligation to take a mandatory bath after meeting men and women.

It is reported from Ayesha ra that the Messenger of Allah said: “If the two genitals have met, it is obligatory for him to take a bath. I and the Messenger of Allah did it, so we took a bath. ”(Narrated by Ibn Majah)

Mandatory Bathing Procedures for Women
To carry out the obligatory bath which is an order from Islamic teachings, the basis is to return to the Qur’an and Sunnah. This shows that the function of the Qur’an for mankind is as a guide to life in various aspects. As stated in the Hadiths of Muslim History and Bukhari explained the implementation of the obligatory bathing method for women or how to bathe in Islam, are as follows:

Doing Intentions and Bathing Prayers Must
Recitation of Intention and Mandatory Bathing Prayer is, “I intend to raise up the greatness because of Allah Taala”. Intention and Prayer are things that make all our activities as Muslims more sincere and give up everything to Allah SWT. For this reason, the intention and prayer of bathing must be able to add so that the Muslim women who carry it out are more sincere and do not procrastinate. Bathing prayer Menstruation and menstrual bathing intention are the same as intention and obligatory bathing prayer, so that the intention is the same even though menstruation or after junub.

As in Islamic teachings that Innamal A’malul bin intentions, that the practice actually depends on his intention. It is important to always renew intentions that might change in the middle of the road. So it is necessary to maintain clarity and loneliness intention to achieve sincerity. While the characteristics of people who are not sincere in worshiping Allah SWT have less straight intention or not because of Allah alone. For this reason, with intentions and prayers before starting something, make sincerity and is one way to keep the heart calm in Islam.

Wash the whole body
“Umm Salama RA, I asked the Messenger of Allāh cara about the ways to take a bath, he said,” Define thee three water to the head. Steer it all over the body. In that way, holy you ”(Muslim)

Wash all the body including the skin or hair with water and even water on the hair to the base. In addition, it is also mandatory to wash with water to the entire body, including hair, hair that is on all the limbs, ears, genitals of the back or front.

Technically we can take a dipper filled with water then pour it from the tip of the hair on the head to past the genitals and to the soles of the feet. In this day and age, you can also use a shower that makes it easier to wash the entire body from end to end.

It would be better if the obligatory bathing process was also preceded by the process of ablution, by means of correct ablution. This is also to purify and wash the body parts that were seen before being washed beforehand.

Unraveling the Hair and Removing the Ties
Before taking a big bath, the woman is obliged to untie her hair and let it loose. This is to ensure that all parts of the body can be washed completely. If it is not decomposed, it is worried that it will not be exposed to water in the part that is still tied. For that to describe hair is a thing that must be done before taking a bath, and at the same time Muslim women can wash it to clean it perfectly.

Doing shampoo during menstruation is not prohibited to clean up and maintain cleanliness. Although permissible, there are also some views that do not allow fiqh. However, even though during menstruation it does not mean that it is compulsory bathing, because the condition is still dirty.

Adding Fragrances in the Body
“Take a little kasturi and clean it with him”

Its nature is not mandatory, but this if done it will add to the fragrance and eliminate unpleasant odors after menstruation for women. Remembering that menstrual blood or childbirth can smell bad and of course interfere with comfort.

As clean and clean as a woman’s body, soul and good mind is certainly a priority. The sanctity of heart and soul makes a woman a man’s ideal pious woman. For this reason, Muslim women should keep their purity and cleanliness clean. For this reason, the function of religion brings both of them to be properly guarded.

5 Women’s Obligations in Islam

Every creature created by Allah SWT is certainly not created in vain. Including the process of human creation. Humans created by God on this earth are not without purpose and nature to be achieved. For that there are duties and missions that must be carried out by humans, both men and women as the goal of human creation and the purpose of life according to Islam.

Men and women are indeed different, but according to the purpose and nature of humans according to Islam and the human concept in Islam remains the same. Men and women are the same creatures of God, must obey and serve God and carry out life in this world based on the rules that God has made. If it violates, both men and women have the same consequences. There is nothing lower or higher.

The difference between men and women is only in their roles and functions. The rest, both men and women between their functions and roles are mutually supportive, cover each other’s weaknesses, and balance each other. Of course it is wrong, if there are those who argue that men are superior or women are superior between the two. For this reason, in order to be more balanced, it is necessary to know their respective obligations.

Obligations of Women in Islamic Views
In Islam women also have functions and roles. This function and role is of course different from the functions and roles of men. In this case the function of religion has regulated it. This difference does not mean that there is discrimination carried out by Islam or intends to demean women. These functions and roles are certainly the same as the goals of human life and are considered in accordance with the potential of women. The following are women’s obligations in Islam, as well as their functions and roles in Islamic view.

Obligations as Servants of God
The main obligation of women as humans is to serve and worship only to Allah SWT. No one has the right to be followed by words, orders other than what God has commanded. The love and devotion of a woman to her husband, to her mother, to her family, certainly must not be exceeded against God. In fact, even if they follow the words of their husband, parents, or family, they are all within the framework of following the commands of Allah SWT.

Obligations as servants of God naturally start from believing in all that God has revealed, like what is in the Koran, pillars of faith, pillars of Islam. In addition, carrying out all of Allah’s commands both social, life, or technical rules of performing worship in prayer, fasting, etc. Pillars of Faith and Pillars of Islam also become a handle in their lives. Do not forget to carry out the function of the Qur’an for mankind which contains a collection of commands, instructions, and all kinds of guidelines for human life.

This is as stated in the Koran that human beings must always follow and obey Allah SWT. “We actually sent to you the Book (Quran) with (carrying) the truth. Then worship God by purifying obedience to Him “. (QS Az Zumar: 2)

This manifestation as a servant of God is like humans want to pray, “Verily I am Allah, there is no God (the right) besides Me, then worship Me and establish prayer to remember Me.” (QS Thaha: 14)

In QS An-Nahl verse 36 Allah reminded again that there were messengers of Allah to invite worship of Allah. That is, worship of God is something that cannot be contested by humans.

“And indeed We have sent messengers to each people (to call):” Worship Allah (only), and stay away from Thaghut “, then among the people there are people who are guided by Allah and some of them are those who have definitely lost their minds … Then walk on the face of the earth and pay attention to the end of those who reject (the apostles). “

Obligations as Khalifah fil Ard
“Remember when your Lord said to the Angels:” Surely I want to make a caliph on the earth. “They said:” Why would you want to make (caliph) on earth a person who would make damage to him and shed blood, even though we always celebrate praise you and purify you? “God said:” I know what you do not know “(QS Al Baqarah: 30)

In the verse, it is explained that the duty of man is as the philosopher caliph ard. For this reason, all women’s tasks must all lead to carrying out this role. As a mother, worker or wife, he must carry it out in order to carry out the obligations of the caliph fil ard. The Khalifah Filard is essentially giving the benefit of mankind on earth, providing prosperity, preserving a better life starting from himself, family, society, and all humanity on the face of the earth. The Nature of Creation of Humans according to the Islamic View is what ultimately becomes an obligation also for humans.

Obligations as a wife for a husband
In the family of its essence, women are wives for their husbands. As a wife, women have an obligation to be able to work together and run a household well with their husbands. Likewise actually with husband. A good wife, she must be able to provide happiness and also help her husband in running the household. The main task of a husband is to make a living while his wife is the manager at home and maintain the mandate from her husband.

The wife’s obligations include various things ranging from fulfilling the sexual needs of the husband, managing household assets, maintaining the trustworthiness of the husband, building children’s education, and supporting each other with the husband to be able to meet household needs.

For that, surely a good husband will look for criteria for a good wife according to Islam and the characteristics of a shaleh wife who is in accordance with Islam. The virtue of Ayesha as the wife of the Prophet could be a good example of women and fulfill her obligations as the mother of the Muslim community at that time.

Obligations as a Mother for Children
The obligation of a woman can also be a mother to her children. Aside from being a child of his parents, a woman also has the duty to educate her children well. In essence, children are entrusted from God who must be educated and someday they must continue the mission of the caliph fil ard on this earth, continuing what the parents have given and left.

For this reason, in this case a woman who has children has an obligation to be able to provide the best education for children. A mother is basically the person who is closest to her child, because it starts from the womb, breastfeeding, until the mother’s role is very large in it. For this reason, this is an obligation of a woman.

Environmental Responsibility – Society
Women’s responsibility also towards the environment and society. Women who have more potential, then they can help the environment or the community to be able to advance together. Women who have strengths and abilities can give or spread it to the surrounding environment. In essence the duty of women is not only to themselves and their families, but to all elements that include their functions and roles, as God has given that potential to women.

Career Women in Islamic Views are certainly not prohibited while being able to provide meaningful benefits to their community but still have to consider other tasks in the family. The Law of Women Working in Islam is certainly permissible as long as it does not reverse or contradict the Role of Women in other Islam.

10 Torture of Hell for Women in Islam

Heaven and hell are two places of reply from Allah Almighty, where heaven is created for eternal dwelling for Muslims and also Muslim and hell for the idolaters, mushrikat and making other sins that have been forbidden by Allah Almighty. When talking about hell and also the inhabitants of hell, women become the most inhabitants of hell that occur for several reasons.

Allah SWT said, “O ye who believe keep yourselves and your family from the fire of Hell whose fuel is man and stone, the guardian of the angels who are rough, harsh, who do not disobey Allah against what He commands them and always do what you are told. “

In a hadith of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, the core of the inhabitants of hell was women. While what we know is that women are creatures full of tenderness, but women are the most inhabitants of hell because there are various demon traps in a woman’s body.

Women are world jewelry, but by becoming jewelry, women will also make many other people more interested in getting these women so that it will cause many problems and chaos or other problems such as in the household where a husband starts not feeling comfortable staying at home because the behavior of his wife or wife who is not grateful for the results of her husband’s hard work. This is what makes these women have been promised the torment of hell by Allah Almighty

In a hadith, the Prophet Muhammad also said, “That most of the inhabitants of Hell are women”.

Some of the above hadiths explain if women are creatures who can make a man get lost if the woman does not obey Islamic guidelines as written in the Qur’an like women who have to cover their nakedness, women who must always keep all the words spoken, women who must always upholding the honor of the family and all of this refers to a number of hadiths that have already been mentioned and later on, most women will get a terrible torment of hell and the following will be described the torture of hell for women in full.

Level of Hell

In the Qur’an, it is said that there are 7 levels of hell that were created in return for humanity in accordance with the sins committed.

The top level is hell jahannam which is a place to punish every Muslim, believer and also a believer who commits a small sin and also a big sin.
The second level is a place for people who belie religion which at the level of hell is called Ladhoh hell, Luza.
The third level of hell is called hell khutamah, hathamah is provided for people who are only concerned with all worldly needs so that they become negligent to worship.

The seventh level which is the last level is called hell hawiyah which is provided for people who at the time of death do not bring faith and also Islam.

Woman in Hell
“I look into Heaven so I see that most of the inhabitants are fuqara ‘(indigent people) and I look into Hell so I see that most of the inhabitants are women.” (Hadith, History of Al-Bukhari and Muslim).

In the above hadith, it is explained that what the Prophet saw about the inhabitants of the heaven is the fugara or the poor while the hell is inhabited by women. However, the hadith is not explained in full.

Woman With Tongue Hung
A woman who is hanged on the tongue and part of her hand is removed from her back. After that, the very hot liquid asphalt was poured into his throat which was obtained because he often hurt her husband with words.

Woman With Hanged Hair
The next torture of hell is a woman who is hung by her hair and a boiling brain because she never wants to cover her hair and also doesn’t want to use a headscarf. Hijab is also considered an outdated or outdated garment and this causes women to feel the pain of torment in the afterlife.

Woman with both hands tied
Women who are tied to both parts of their hands occur because they always go out freely without asking their husband’s permission first and also do not carry out compulsory bathing from menstruation and also childbirth.

Woman Eating Her Own Body
Women who eat their own bodies as well as burning hell at the bottom will also be experienced by women who often decorate themselves with the aim to be more cared for, seen by others and make other people amazed at him. In addition, he also often talks about the disgrace of others until the person concerned is embarrassed because of the conversation until even hostility arises.

Woman with a pig’s head
A woman who has a pig-like head shape while her body is like a donkey is a woman who during her daily life always lies or lies and often pits other people.

Women Shaped Like Dogs
Women who are shaped like dogs will be tortured and put in fire until they go out through the anus and angels will also beat their heads because these women are people who often do slander and are often angry with their husbands.

Woman Tied Feet and Hands
The woman who was tortured by being tied to the legs and hands to the crown, she will also be stung and entangled with snakes and scorpions. This is a torment for a woman who has never performed prayers and fasting even though she can and is able to do it and this woman also has no ablution and does a mandatory bath.

Woman who is hung by her breast
This torment of hell is intended for women who are very happy to show the beauty of their breasts so that men become lust and also for women who breastfeed other people’s babies without obtaining approval from their husbands.

Women Cut Their Own Bodies
This will happen to women who very often spoil themselves with a variety of precious jewelry just to get the praise of others while showing the jewelry that he uses as a spectacle.

Woman Tied Feet and Breasts
Women who are tied to the legs to the breast and then stings by poisonous animals occur in women who already know the husband commits adultery but acts like not knowing it and even gives permission to the husband to commit adultery with others.

This is a form of warning for women to be more careful. But that does not mean the torment of hell only applies to women, but men will also feel the torment of hell for those who deny and dholim.

The Law of Learning to Read Quran Alone and Proposition

Reading the Qur’an is one of the worship that must be performed by every devout Muslim. This is because the Qur’an and Sunnah are the handles of life for a Muslim so he must learn them.

But reading the Qur’an that uses Arabic for Indonesians is not an easy matter. We must really study each letter in the Qur’an to be able to read well.

Some people learn how to read the Qur’an with the help of the teacher of the Koran. With the help of the Koran teacher, we can learn the Koran easily and the recitation is correct.

But what about the law if you recite or read the Qur’an without the help of a self-taught Koran teacher?

Basically, it is legitimate to learn to recite on their own without being accompanied by a Koran teacher. However, it is far more advisable to recite the recitation by being assisted and assisted by the Koran teacher.

The uniqueness of the Qur’an is when we learn to read the Koran, whether we can or cannot, then we will get a reward.

Aisha said a hadith that the Prophet said:

عن عائشة رضي الله عنها قالت قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: الذي يقرأ القرآن و هو ماهر به مع السفرة الكرام البررة, والذي يقرؤه وهو شديد عليه فله أجران. رواه الترمذي

“People who read the Qur’an and he is clever (fluent in reading it), then he will be with the angels. Whereas people who read the Qur’an but still stutter (not yet fluent), then he will get two rewards “. (Mr. Turmudzi: 2829)

Learning to recite with the help of a teacher is highly recommended. This is due to the existence of recitation, which should be studied with the help of a teacher who is an expert in recitation.

Many postulates show that learning recitation in reading the Qur’an is highly recommended. And this tajweed can only be perfect if studied with people who can correct the reading.

From Anas bin Malik when asked:

“How was the Prophet’s reading, so he replied that his reading was lengthy and then he read” Bismillahirrahman arrahiim “lengthening (bismillah) and lengthening (ar rahmaan) and lengthening ar rahiim”. (Mr. Bukhari)

Ibn Masud also reported a story when guiding someone to read the Qur’an. So the person said: “Innamash shadaqatu lil fuqara-i wal masakin.”

By leaving a long reading, Ibn Masud admonished him, “This is not the way the Messenger of Allah recited this verse to me.”

“Then how did the Messenger of Allah recite this verse to you O Abu Abdirrahman?” So he said: “Innamash shadaqaatu lil fuqaraa-i wal masaakiin”. (Mr. Said bin Mansur).

Therefore, learning to recite on their own is not recommended, but it is also not prohibited because there are many ways to read the Qur’an that need to be considered with the help of experts.

We all start learning to read the Qur’an because it has various virtues as explained by Allah SWT.

“Indeed, those who always read the book of Allah and establish prayers and spend part of the sustenance that We bestow upon them in secret and openly, they expect commerce that will not suffer losses”.

“For God to perfect them their merit and add to them from His gift. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving, Most Grateful. “(Surah Fathir: 29-30).

Abdullah bin Mas’ud radhiyallahu ‘anhu said: “The Prophet sallallaahu’ alaihi wasallam said:” Whoever reads one letter from the Qur’an, for him one goodness with that reading, one goodness is entered into 10 good things and I do not say الم one letter will but one letter Alif, one letter Laam and one letter Miim. “(Narrated by Tirmidhi and dishahihkan in the book Shahih Al Jami ‘, no. 6469)

Tamim Ad Dary radhiyalahu ‘anhu said: “The Prophet sallallaahu’ alaihi wasallam said:” Whoever reads 100 verses on a night is written for him the reward of prayer all night. “(Narrated by Ahmad and dishahihkan in the book Shahih Al Jami ‘, no. 6468 )

Sister Law is Insolent to Sister in Islam

Islam not only regulates the relationship between parents and children, but also the relationship between siblings and siblings.

The relationship between brother and sister is a relationship based on respect and love for each other.

If the sister does not love her sister or sister does not respect her brother, then they are not included in the group of the Prophet sallallaahu alih alalihi wasallam.

The Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wasallam said,

“It is not my class of people who do not respect people who are older and do not love the young.” (Narrated by Imam Ahmad and Ath-Thabrani)

Based on the hadith above, respecting the older and loving the younger is one of the kinds of good deeds that are highly recommended in Islam.

Sister as a younger person has the right to be loved by her sister and older siblings as the right to be respected by her sister.

Between brother and sister must also be willing to help each other when one party is in trouble.

In addition, brother and sister must also remind each other about kindness, give each other support, and maintain friendship.

The Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wasallam said,

“Speak to your mother and father, then to your sister and brother, then to the closest to you and the closest to you.” (Narrated by Al-Hakim, the origin is found in Sahih Al Bukhari and As-Sunan).

According to the argument above, doing good to your sister should be done sequentially namely a new sister, brother, brother who is closer to his kinship relationship, and finally a farther brother.

Doing good to you is intended to maintain the relationship of friendship as the word of Allah SWT in the letter AN Nisa ‘verse 1 which means,

“And fear Allah who uses His name you ask each other, and (maintain) friendship relations. Surely Allah always safeguards and watches over you. “(QS. An Nisa ‘: 1).

The relationship between brother and sister does not always go smoothly. There are always problems that arise between brother and sister who can lead to conflict.

For example, brother who is jealous of his younger brother or vice versa, feels treated differently by parents, sharp dissent, and so on. Even harsh words often come out when there is a fire between brother and sister.

If the younger sibling is making harsh words or other things that can hurt his brother’s heart, then the younger brother actually has been rebellious to his brother.

Durhaka to brother is not justified in Islam because Islam views the younger brother’s brother and sister as adab children to their parents.

In a sense, the younger brother must do good to the older brother as an older person just like a child who does good to his parents. Allah SWT said in the letter An Nisa ‘verse 36 which means,

“Worship God and do not associate Him with anything. And be kind to both of your parents. “(QS. An Nisa ‘: 36).

According to the verse above, doing good to both parents, namely Mother and Father is the command of Allah SWT which shows the obligation after the command to worship and does not associate partners with Allah.

Thus, the law of doing good to your sister is the same as the law of doing good to your parents, that is, it is obligatory on other than unlawful matters.

Thus a brief review of the law of lawlessness brother to brother. The Law of Circumcision When Adult and Its Proposition

Circumcision is one of the things suggested in Islam. The law of circumcision for men is compulsory, while for women is the sunnah.

Based on the words of the Prophet Shallallahu’alaihi Wasallam:

الفطرة خمس -يعني السنة خمس- الختان والاستحداد وقلم الأظافر وقص الشارب ونتف الإبط

“The five sunnah of fitrah are circumcision (circumcision), istihdad (shaving pubic hair), cutting the nails, shaving the shingles, and pulling the armpit hair” (Narrated by Bukhari 5889, Muslim 257)

Imam Ibn al-Qayyim rahimahullah explained, “Fitrah is of two types. First is the nature related to the heart, namely ma’rifatullah (knowing God) and loving Him and giving priority to Him more than anything other than Him.

The second is fitrah amaliyyah, which is the nature mentioned in the hadith above. The first type of fitrah purifies the soul and cleanses the heart while the second nature purifies the body.

Both of them support and strengthen each other. The main and main thing of the body’s nature is circumcision “

Imam Ibn Qudamah rahimahullah said, “The legal circumcision is obligatory for men, and is a glory for women but the law is not mandatory. This is the opinion of the majority of scholars.

Circumcision itself has been carried out since Prophet Ibrahim and we were ordered by Allah SWT to follow the teachings of Prophet Ibrahim.

Narrated from the friend of Abu Hurairah radhiyallahu ‘anhu that the Prophet sallallaahu‘ alaihi wa sallam said:

إِخْتَتَنَ إِبْرَاهِيْمُ خَلِيْلُ الرَّحْمَنِ بَعْدَ ماَ أَتَتْ عَلَيْهِ ثَمَانُوْنَ سَنَةً

“Prophet Ibrahim Khalilur Rahman circumcised after the age of eighty” (H.R Bukhari 6298 and Muslim 370).

Allah Ta’ala instructs us to follow the teachings of Prophet Ibrahim which are seen in His words:

ثُمَّ أَوْحَيْنَا إِلَيْكَ أَنِ اتَّبِعْ مِلَّةَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَنِيفاً وَمَا كَانَ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ

“Then We revealed to you (Muhammad):” Follow the religion of Abraham a hanif “and he is not among those who associate partners with Allah.” (An Nahl: 123)

From Jabir radhiyallahu ‘anhu, he said,” The Prophet sallallaahu aih alaihi wa sallam mengaqiqah Hasan and Husayn and circumcised them both on the seventh day (after birth, -pen). “(Narrated by Ath Thabrani in Ash Shogir)

Ibn ‘Abbas radhiyallahu‘ anhuma said, “There are seven sunnah for babies on the seventh day, namely: giving names, circumcision, …” (Narrated by Ath Thabrani in Al Ausath)

An-Nawawi said,

It is recommended for the guardian to circumcise his child when he is a child, because that is the best for him. (al-Majmu ‘, 1: 302)

In Islamic teachings, circumcision or circumcision is recommended when done as a baby or small, but what is the law if circumcision is done when it is an adult?

For adults who have not been circumcised, circumcision remains mandatory. This is because circumcision is related to being allowed to perform various services such as prayer.

Likewise with those converts who have just embraced Islam when they were adults, they are also obliged to do circumcision or circumcision so that their worship is valid.
He sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam said to someone who converted to Islam:

أَلْقِ عَنْكَ شَعْرَ الْكُفْرِ وَاخْتَتِنْ

“Dispose of your hair of kufr and circumcision.” (H.R Abu Dawud 356, celebrated by Syaikh Al Albani in Al Irwa’79)

Sheikh Abdullah al-Jibrin said,

Among the conditions of prayer is holy from unclean. And this cannot be done except with circumcision. Because it is recommended not to be postponed after the recommended time.

The mandatory time is after baligh and has gained the burden of Shari’a. Required for people who have not been circumcised after baligh for immediate circumcision.

Imam an-Nawawi also affirms the same,

“Circumcision is not mandatory except after baligh. If you have baligh, he must immediately circumcise. “(Al-Majmu ‘, 1: 304).

Therefore, for Muslims who have grown up but have not carried out circumcision, they should immediately carry out circumcision so they can immediately carry out worship.

And try as much as possible to cover the genitals and only the parts of the genitals that need to be treated are visible. Even then it should only be for people who do circumcision or cutting.

Circumcision is an obligation for Muslim men, should immediately implement as instructed by Allah.

Allah Ta’ala said:

وإذ ابتلى إبراهيم ربه بكلمات فأتمهن قال إني جاعلك للناس إماما قال ومن ذريتي قال لا ينال عهدي الظالمين

“And (remember), when Abraham tested his Rabb with a few sentences (orders and prohibitions), then Abraham fulfilled it. Allah says:

“Surely I will make you a priest for all humans”. Ibrahim said: “(And I beg too) of my descendants”.

Allah said: “My promise (this) is not concerning those who do wrong.” (Surah Al-Baqarah: 124)

The Law of Insulting the Descendants of the Prophet in Islam

The Law of Insulting the Descendants of the Prophet in Islam

As Muslims, we are obliged to love the Companions of the Prophet sallallaahu aih alaihi wasallam and his temple experts.

In addition, we must also believe in the virtues of the companions of the Prophet sallallaahu alaihi wasallam and his temple experts over all Muslims and believers.

The primacy and height of their degrees are not the same. This depends on who among them is Islamic.

Which included the Companions of the Prophet sallallaahu aih alaihi wasallam for example is the Khulafaur Rashidun and the companions who participated in the Battle of Badr and others.

As for those who included the expert bait or ahlul bait of the Prophet sallallaahu aih alaihi wasallam were the wives of the Prophet sallallaahu aih alaihi wasallam and his descendants, all the Muslims and Muslimah from the descendants of Abdul Muthalib, and the descendants of Banu Hashim bin Abd Manaf, Allahu’alam.

Imam Ibn Hazm Rahimahullah said,

“Syaibah was born to Hashim ibn Abd Manaf and he was Abdul Muthalib, he was a benchmark of glory. There are no descendants of the Banu Hashim except Abdul Muthalib alone. “(Jamharoh Ansab Al-Arob).

Expert stanzas or ahlul bait of the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wasallam had several virtues, of which they were sanctified by Allah SWT, they were chosen people of Allah, they were entitled to get one fifth of ghonimah property and wealth fa’i, they were not lawful to receive alms, and nasab they are not broken until the end.

Therefore, every Muslim should do good to them by carrying out special rituals for the Prophet temple experts, including the following.

– Love them based on the love of Allah and His Messenger to them.
– Believing their superiority over all Muslims and other believers.
– Does not mention bad and disputes that occur between them.
– Believing the glory of the wives of the Prophet Muhammad and actually they were pure and clean, and the most important people among them were Khadijah binti Khuwailid and ‘Aisyah bint Abu Bakar.

Imam Ibn Kathir rahimahullah said,

“There is no need to doubt the will to do good to the temple expert and glorify them, because they are from the sacred descendants, born of the noblest house on the face of this earth in pride and nasab.

Moreover, if they follow the clear Sunnah of the Nabawiyyah, which is clear, as reflected in their predecessors such as Al-Abbas and their descendants, Ali and their families and descendants, may Allah bless them all. “(Tafsir Ibn Kathir 4/113).

And, because of the primacy of the temple expert as Muslims we are forbidden to denounce or insult the descendants of the Prophet sallallaahu alaihi wasalam. Imam Bukhari in his saheeh book has told that Abu Bakr radhiyallahu ‘anhu said,

“Pay attention to Muhammad sallallaahu alaihi wasallam in his family” (Narrated by Bukhari)

Al Hafizh Ibn Hajar rahimahullah explained that the purpose of the words above are,

“Abu Bakr radhiyallahu‘ anhu appealed to humans and had an inheritance to them. The point is that people protect temple experts, don’t hurt them and do bad things to them. “(Fathul Bari 7/101)

Thus it can be concluded that the law insulting the descendants of the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wasallam is prohibited.

Thus a brief review of the law insulted the descendants of the Prophet. Other articles that can be read include the punishment of insulting the Prophet Muhammad, the law insulting the Qur’an, the punishment of insulting the Qur’an, the law insulting Allah in the heart, the law insulting lafadz Allah, the law insulting Islam, the law insulting the ulama in Islam, and

Law Refuses Sharia Law in Islam

As Muslims, we are obliged to carry out the Islamic Shariah as a whole. Allah SWT said in the letter An Nisa ‘verse 65 which means,

“So for the sake of your Rabb, they (in essence) are not believers until they make you a judge of the case they are disputing, then they don’t object in their hearts to the verdict that you gave, and they accept it completely.” (QS. An Nisa ‘: 65).

The verse states that for anyone who fully accepts the law brought by the Prophet sallallaahu aih alaihi wasallam in each of their affairs they are said to be believers.

Therefore, Muslims should not neglect, let alone reject the sharia of Islam in every aspect of life.

However, we also cannot deny that there are not a few Muslims who reject the application of sharia law.

The reasons also vary and this also has various legal consequences. The following are reasons for the rejection of sharia law and the accompanying legal consequences.

Refuse sharia law because it has the belief that man-made law is better or equal to Allah’s law and therefore to rule other than sharia law is permissible. The scholars agree that those who have views like this are infidels.
Refusing sharia law because it has worldly interests even though deep down he acknowledges that this is a big sin in Islam and is a gross violation. The scholars argue that those who have such a view as true have turned down, a great immorality, and small kufr.
Refuse sharia law because of ignorance of Islam and its sharia. The scholars refer to them as ignorant people. To deal with people like this, the scholars and other Islamic scholars must continue to enlighten Islam in its entirety.
Thus, in general it can be said that we must implement or enforce sharia law in every aspect of life.

And if we don’t do it, the law is sinful. But some scholars say that sin because it does not carry out sharia law does not result in apostasy.

Allah SWT says in the letter Al Maidah verse 44 which means,

“Whoever does not decide according to what Allah has revealed, then they are those who disbelieve.” (Surah Al Maidah: 44).

The above verse seems to condemn Muslims who do not implement sharia law.

And this led to disagreement among the scholars referring to what was stated by Al-Bhagawi in Tafsir Al-Baghawi. Ibn Abbas and Thawus said,

“Not an infidel out of religion, but if he does it, he is kufr, but it is not like the one who kufr to Allah and the End Times.”

Meanwhile, Ikrimah said,

“The meaning of this verse is that anyone who does not use the law of Allah because of disbelief and disbelief, but whoever continues to acknowledge the law of God but does not apply it is called zhalim and fasiq.”

Still related to the verse above, Abdul Azis bin Yahya Al-Kinani states that this verse applies if it does not do all that God has revealed not in part.

So everyone who does not punish with all that Allah has sent down will be unbelieving, wrongdoing, and evil.

Whoever uses the law of God such as tawhid and leaves shirk and does not punish with all the Shari’a which Allah has sent down, and is not subject to the law of this verse.

Some scholars argue that the verse Al Maidah verse 44 is actually intended for Jews and not for Muslims.

Because the Jews changed their scriptures and imposed the law of the contents of the changed book.

Al-Baghawi in Tafsir Al-Baghawi stated,

“Some scholars say,” The Qur’an shows that this verse is for the Jews because Allah mentioned in the previous verse that they have changed the sentence of Allah.

And they say, “You are given this.” Namely, a law that has been changed which is not God’s law, so take it. If you are not given this law (which has been changed) but given the law of Allah, then be careful. They ask to be careful of the law of God that they know is true. “

Thus a brief review of the law rejecting sharia law. Other articles that can be read include the sources of Islamic law, the main sources of Islamic teachings, apostasy in Islam, the law insulting the Qur’an, the punishment of insulting the Qur’an, the law insulting Allah in the heart, the law insulting the lafadz of Allah, the law insulting Islam , and law insulting scholars in Islam. Rules Piss And Poops In Islam and Its Proposal

So perfect is the religion of Islam that every aspect of human life has been regulated according to Islamic law. Likewise, even the smallest things, such as urinating.

In Islam, there are a number of defecations that must be obeyed. The following are some adab poems in Islam:

1. Not seen by others

From Jabir bin ‘Abdillah radhiyallahu‘ anhu, he said,

“We once went out with the Prophet sallallaahu‘ alaihi wa sallam when safar, he did not fulfill his wish in an open area, but he went to a distant place until it was not visible and invisible. “

2. Not carrying objects with God’s writing

Allah Ta’ala said,

“Thus (the command of Allah). And whoever glorifies the syi’ar-syi’ar Allah, then indeed it arises from the piety of the heart. “(QS. Al Hajj: 32)

The point is that some objects have the writing of God’s name, such as rings or necklaces with the size of the name of Allah. Bringing these objects is prohibited in Islam.

But if you cover the ring or necklace with a cloth or other cover, it is permissible.

Syaikh Abu Malik hafizhohullah said, “If the ring or something is closed or put in a pocket or other place, then it may be put into the toilet. Imam Ahmad bin Hambal said,

“If he wants, he can put the item in his hand.” If he is afraid that the item will be lost because it is placed outside, then he can enter the bathroom with the item for reasons of an emergency.

3. Read the prayer before entering the bathroom

Word of the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam,

“The barrier between the view of the jinn and the human genitals is if one of them enters the dump, then he says” Bismillah “.”

From Anas bin Malik, he said,

“The Prophet sallallaahu‘ alaihi wa sallam when entering the toilet, he said: Allahumma inni a’udzu bika minal khubutsi wal khobaits (O Allah, I take refuge in You from male devils and female demons. “

An Nawawi rahimahullah said, “This kind of prayer to read prayers is not distinguished for inside or outside the building.”

4. Enter with your left foot and come out with your right foot

As contained in the hadith,

“The Prophet sallallaahu aih alaihi wa sallam preferred to put the right one first when wearing sandals, combing his hair, when washing and in every case (which is fine).”

Syaikh Ali Basam said, “Putting the right for a good case, this is shown by the syar’i argument, the logical argument and supported by good nature. As for the bad case, the left one is used. This is more appropriate based on the syar’i argument and logic. “

Ash Syaukani rahimahullah said, “As for putting the left foot when entering the toilet and right foot when exiting, then it has a reason from the side that the Prophet sallallaahu aih alaihi wa sallam preferred to put the right for good things first.
As for things that are bad (dirty), he prefers to put the left one first. This is based on a global proposition. “

5. Do not face the Qibla or turn to it

From Abu Ayyub Al Anshori, the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam said,

“If you go to the latrine, then you should not face the Qibla and turn to it. However, face east or west. “

Abu Ayyub said, “We used to live in Sham. We found that our latrine was built facing the Qibla direction. We also changed the direction of the place and we begged forgiveness of Allah Ta’ala. “

6. Don’t speak except emergency

From Ibn ‘Umar radhiyallahu‘ anhuma, he said,

“There was someone who passed by the Prophet sallallaahu‘ alaihi wa sallam and he was urinating. At that time, the person said greetings, but he did not reply. “

Syaikh Ali Basam said, “It is forbidden to talk to other people when defecating because this kind of action is a contempt, showing a lack of shame and degrading murua’ah (self-esteem).” Then he postulated with the hadith above.

Syaikh Abu Malik said, “We already know that answering greetings is mandatory. When exhorting the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam left him, then this shows that he was forbidden to speak at that time, moreover if the conversation contained dzikir in Allah Ta’ala.

However, if someone speaks because there is a need that must be done at that time, such as pointing the way to the person (when asked at that time, the pen) or wanting to ask for water and the like, then it is allowed at that time for emergency reasons. Wallahu a’lam. “

7. Not defecating on the road or shelter of humans

from Abu Hurairah, the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam said,

«اتَّقُوا اللَّعَّانَيْنِ». قَالُوا وَمَا اللَّعَّانَانِ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ «الَّذِى يَتَخَلَّى فِى طَرِيقِ النَّاسِ أَوْ فِى ظِلِّهِمْ».

“Be careful with al la’anain (the person cursed by humans)!” The Companions asked, “Who is al la’anain (the one cursed by humans), O Messenger of Allah?” He said, “They are the ones who throw away hajat on the road and place where humans live. “

8. Clean with your left hand

From the hadith of Abu Qotadah, the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam said,

“If one of you drinks, don’t breathe in a vessel. If he defecates, do not hold the genitals with his right hand. Nor should he rest with his right hand.

That’s 8 adab poops in Islam that need to be known. Thus this short article. Hopefully this article benefits us all and adds to our faith. Aamiin.
